The Basics

Through my studies, I have learned that being aware of my vibes begins with common sense.  That means giving my body what it needs so that my awareness can function on an elevated level.  The main use of common sense is getting enough rest as well as making sure that my diet consists of life giving forces.  This should not be an issue for me because, I do daily meditation to rid any stress that may prohibit me from getting the proper rest.  Refreshing my body and doing nothing will allow me the inner space that is needed to refuel my psychic engines and perceive the subtle voice of spirit.  I also learned that I must first change my attitude and that I can’t lock my sixth sense out of my life.  Although my sixth sense may be dormant, it is natural and I can advance it by believing that it is possible.  I learned that I can’t progress if I refuse it or argue with myself about it.
I have to be connected to my body and to the support the earth.  If I am not grounded, my energy gets blocked and I won’t be able to draw enough energy to activate my higher awareness.  This will completely cut me off from my intuition. Our bodies follow spiritual law and anytime that I feel ungrounded, I usually to something physical like taking a brisk walk to get back into my Divine flow.  When my mind is clear, my aura is cleansed and my attention is harp.  The body has its unique signals and there are ways to react to keep the body balanced. Opening a channel of communication with the body is the beginning of creating a better physical and psychic health.

Inspirations

My inspiration comes from my belief in there being a higher source of power, my environment and those around me.  Currently my inspiration has influenced by my current surgery and fact that I survived it.  On March 17, 2012 there was a 5 cm by 4cm removed from my right frontal lobe and on March 18, 2012 I was talking and laughing with family and friends.  On March 20, 2012 I was discharged home, walking on my own,  I know many may think that that sound too soon to be released after t major surgery like that, however; the doctors have commented that my positive lifestyle and my clean eating habits, played a major role in my survival. I am a firm believer that in order to obtain optimum health, the mind, body and spirit has to be on one accord in an elevated state of peace and harmony.

I am not sure of what my writing style is, but I do know that I am truly thankful to the Creator for giving the opportunity to awaken with my wits about me as well as having my mobility all intact.  So I would have to say that my writing style is guided by inspiration.

So many times we are focus on material wealth that they, until it blinds us to the true meaning of wealth really means.  True wealth is our health; our health at is optimum level is achieved by accepting that the three major components; the mind, body and soul has to be in harmony through the essence of positive thinking.  My inspirations are positive influences on my writing and I could never see it blocking my capability of it.

"Life Is A Creation Of The Mind."

I am sitting at my desk and I am looking at of clear water, it caught my eye and began me to think about the phrase, “Is the glass half full or is it half empty.  The story isn’t regarding the water itself but the glass instead.  The glass is reflecting on the phrase, “Is the glass half full or is it half empty.   Its answer could be one of the following:  One of hopefulness and positivity, or one of doubt and negativity.  This glass has a positive outlook and sees itself as being half full.   Beside the glass of clear water is a glass of murky water which has a negative outlook and sees itself as being half empty.  The glass of clear water is comparing itself to the murky glass of water, and through its observation; realizes that although the two are the same in regards to their shape and size, coloring as well as their content, they both differ in the way they view their situation, which has had an enormous impact on their content, the water.  The negative attitude of the other glass has caused a change its appearance “murky”; that raises the question whether or not it is safe to drink, which will probably result in it being discarded.  Advice:  With positive thoughts comes happier and healthier life.  Negative thoughts yields, a change in physical appearance, sadness and the blocking of living a abundant life of happiness and health.  The glass is always full, 50 air50% water and that is some Positive Though For YOU!
Is Your Glass Half Full Or Is It Half Empty?
